The meeting was called to order at approximately 11:20 a.m.., with FASC Senate President Bill Fitzgerald presiding. There are 38 Senators, including 3 officers and four senators-at-large. Of the 42 voting members, 38 were present. A quorum was met.

- Student Language Proficiency:
- Presentation given by Evan Jewell
- Concerns with students not having basic written English skills
- How to make sure students don’t fall through the cracks
